No, please leave all signature and date lines blank until your appointment. Under Pennsylvania law, most notarizations require the notary to witness your signature in person, and signing in advance may mean re-printing or re-signing in our presence. Please make sure your documents are complete and fully filled out, but left unsigned until we meet.

Yes. If your documents require impartial witnesses, we can arrange up to four pre-screened witnesses for $25 per witness, subject to availability. Yes, we offer 24/7 mobile notary services by appointment, subject to availability. Standard business hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and we frequently accommodate urgent, after-hours requests. Outside standard hours, an evening surcharge applies from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (+$50) and an overnight surcharge from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (+$150).

We regularly visit hospitals, hospice centers, nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers throughout Central PA, and we coordinate with family members and discharge planners to conduct smooth bedside signings. One requirement we cannot work around: the signer must be conscious, coherent, and capable of communicating their own intent at the time of signing.

Yes. Correctional signings carry a $100 specialty fee, and we handle the paperwork side of the visit for you. Every facility has its own approval process and its own rules about what may be brought inside, so book as early as you can. Facility approval is the part nobody can rush.

No. We are commissioned notaries, not attorneys. We cannot advise you on what your document means, whether it is the right document, or how to fill it in. For those questions, talk to whoever prepared the document or to an attorney. Anything about the notarization itself is fair game, though, so please ask.

An apostille certifies a document so another country will accept it. We prepare, file, and track your request with the Pennsylvania Department of State. The Commonwealth issues the apostille itself. Pricing starts at $150 for the first document and $35 for each additional document, with courier service available for $75. Shipping is billed separately at the carrier rate, and payment is due before the work begins.
